- Requirement: 25 approved referral sales tracked inside your dashboard.
- Commission: Automatically upgraded to our maximum 15% cash payout on all sales.

Application Requirements
To be considered for the Midnight Veil creative network, you must meet the following baseline metrics:
- Organic Presence: An active, highly engaged digital footprint aligned with alternative fashion, gothic aesthetics, dark artistry, or premium streetwear culture.
- Content Integrity: High-quality, original visual production. Accounts relying on automated clips, spam outreach, or stolen imagery will be rejected instantly.
- Platform Security: Verified account profiles with authentic audience engagement.
Prohibited Actions & Fraud Protection
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for exploitative, misleading, or deceptive marketing behaviors. Immediate termination of your links and complete forfeiture of all pending commissions will occur if you engage in any of the following:
- Urgency Scams: Falsely promising time-locked order generation or unrealistic delivery windows to bypass standard fraud checks.
- Discount Bidding: Bidding on our brand name ("Midnight Veil," "Midnight Veil Designs") on Google Ads, Bing, or paid social platforms to siphon organic customer search traffic.
- Coupon Infiltration: Submitting your custom creator codes to public discount aggregate websites (like Honey, RetailMeNot, etc.).

Transaction Invalidation: Any pattern of traffic resulting in high chargeback ratios, fraudulent credit card utilization, or suspicious geographic purchase anomalies. All commissions are held for a strict verification window to clear financial integrity sweeps.
Program Guidelines
- Discount Stacking: Tracking codes cannot be combined with sitewide promotions, welcome discounts, or automated store sales.
- Holding Window: To protect against returns, canceled transactions, or processing flags, all commissions are subject to a strict 30-day payout holding period.
- Payout Gateways: Earnings are disbursed securely via standard digital gateways once baseline payout thresholds are cleared. We do not issue payouts via cryptocurrency or off-platform invoicing.
