Welcome to Midnight Veil Designs. By entering the vault and commissioning an item across our digital interface, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following structural terms and conditions. These terms govern the digital architecture, direct transaction loops, and individual manufacturing protocols managed between you (The Client) and Midnight Veil Designs.
1. The Individual Commission Model (Production Protocol)

Midnight Veil Designs operates on a strict, modern foundation of sustainable textile curation and individual commissioning. We entirely reject mass-market warehousing and corporate overproduction:
  • Fulfillment Mechanics: Every garment is prepared, processed, and detailed individually through our global fulfillment network upon your direct checkout commission.
  • Timeline Metrics: Because items are custom-pressed and assembled per order, please allow an intrinsic processing window before your tracking telemetry updates.
  • Order Modifications: Once a digital transaction is processed through our server gate, the order enters production queue instantly. We cannot alter sizing choices, address data, or graphic variants after the commission is locked.

3. Worldwide Delivery & Carrier Pass-Through

We provide unified Worldwide Free Shipping integrated directly into our core product retail valuations.

  • Liability Boundaries: Once a parcel receives a verified "Delivered" scan from the designated courier service, the physical asset transfer is complete. Midnight Veil Designs is not legally or financially responsible for items stolen from porches, mailboxes, or unsecured drop zones, nor are we liable for shipments lost due to incorrect address telemetry entered at checkout.
4. Intellectual Property Protective Shield

5. Technical System Outages & Data Protection

Midnight Veil Designs is not liable for brief server outages, third-party payment gateway delays, or transmission drops originating outside our direct host boundaries.
