When you write, include
- Your order number (for example #1087)
- The product name
- If something is damaged or made wrong, let us know. We may ask for photos laid flat when we reply.
Can I change the size or item after I order?
Size exchanges: yes, if the item is unworn and you contact us within 30 days. We can’t switch it for a different product.
Do you take returns if the size is wrong?
We don’t refund to the card. We exchange for another size.
