Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free worldwide on every order.
Typical times from Dispatch: 1–3 business days in the UK, 3–7 in the US, EU, and Canada, 5–15 everywhere else.
Can I change my address after I order?
No. We can’t guarantee a change once the order is placed. Check the address before you pay.
Tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it.
Check with neighbours and any safe-place the courier uses. If it’s still missing, open a claim with the courier and email us your order number and the tracking details.
Stock and care
If something sells out, will it come back?
Core pieces usually return. Graphic drops, mugs, and cards may not. If you want a piece, don’t wait on a restock.
How do I look after it?
- Clothes: Wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble low or hang dry. Don’t iron on the print.
- Bags: Spot clean with cold water. Air dry.
- Mugs and glass: Hand wash, or use a low-temperature dishwasher cycle.
